Winter White Russian hamsters are overall good-natured hamsters. They share the same nickname, Russian Dwarf hamster, with the Campbells Russion hamster, but the two species are notably different! Winter White Russian hamsters are less likely to bite than other species of dwarf hamsters, thus making them easier to handle. These guys also tend to be more cuddly with their owners than other dwarf hamsters. However, they are still very speedy and can quickly get away from you if you are not paying attention.
